Please note: For window cleaning, all buildings are different. The type of windows that a building has will make a huge difference in the amount of time that a particular job will take. (Please see our Photo Gallery for examples)
Modern "picture" windows (no dividers) will take the least amount of time. However, "grid style" windows (with dividers), sliding windows, the removal of storm windows, and leaded glass windows will take considerably more time to clean properly.
Other things worth mentioning are: When was the last time this type of job was done? Has there been any construction or renovations since the last time the windows or eaves were done? Are there paint splatters or smears, stickers, or tape that need to be scraped off? Do you need any screens cleaned? Will there be a lot of ladder work involved? Things like these will add to the amount of time that a particular job will take...
Tip: If you are planning on having a leaf blowing company come to your premises; it's probably best to have your outside windows cleaned after they're done. Leaf blowing can create a lot of dust! This pertains to construction or landscaping projects as well!
